The prices of products offered for sale in Portugal are invoiced in euros and include VAT at the current legal rate. This value will always be included in our prices.

Registration
First, you must register as a Customer on the website by filling out the electronic form following the instructions at each step. After registering, the customer can proceed to purchase their product(s).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary information is provided correctly and completely, as this is the only way Auri Foods can guarantee order acceptance and subsequent delivery.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards, payments via Paypal, MBway and Multibanco.
The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the customer attempts to use another payment method not foreseen, Auri Foods cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

Whenever placing an order, the Customer must provide all the necessary information for registration and order processing, filling in all the required fields.
After receiving the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email, which does not, however, constitute final acceptance. The order is only considered final after Auri Foods sends an email confirming the order.
Auri Foods sends an order confirmation email after the Customer has made full payment. If the Customer does not make the payment within 4 business days from the date the order is placed, the order is considered cancelled.
In cases where the Customer makes a partial payment, meaning the amount paid does not cover the total order value, they have 3 business days to pay the remaining balance. If they fail to do so within this timeframe, a credit note will be issued for the amount paid up to that point.

We offer free shipping on orders over €49 for mainland Portugal and €79 for Madeira and the Azores.
International shipping rates are calculated by the delivery company based on the postal code and shipping destination. Remember that international packages are subject to taxes and customs duties that are not calculated at checkout. Auri Foods We have no control over these fees, which are charged at the time of delivery. Please contact your country's local customs office to determine the fees in advance.
Order delivery time
For mainland Portugal

For the Islands (Madeira and Azores)

If for any reason it is not possible to meet the maximum delivery deadline indicated, the Auri Foods iThe company will inform the customer of this fact and give them the option of keeping the order by setting a new delivery date or canceling the purchase, in which case they will be refunded the amount initially paid.
Keep in mind that this information is provided by the postal service and the shipping company used. There may be delays, and therefore these numbers may not reflect reality.
We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of orders resulting from strikes or other situations on the part of the postal service or the selected carrier.
If delivery fails after 3 (three) attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will have the option to request new shipping, at an additional cost. If the customer does not wish for a new shipment, the order amount will be refunded, minus the respective shipping costs.
THE Auri Foods We assume no responsibility for orders returned due to incorrect address, lack of a postal receptacle, or failure to claim within the deadline, among other reasons. Responsibility for errors in the information and the return of the order to the factory will result in an additional shipping cost for the customer.

When the order is shipped, all customers with an address in mainland Portugal will receive an SMS from the carrier Nacex to confirm the date, change the date, or pick up the order at the location indicated by Nacex.

Within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order, the customer has the right to cancel the contract. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. Exchange or return

The exchange or return of an item must comply with the following conditions:

Disputes and liabilities
Contract Resolution (Returns) - Distance Purchases
According to the pre-contractual information provided for in paragraph 1 of article 4 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, amended by Law No. 47/2014 of July 28, for distance purchases (online and received at the address via carrier), Portuguese law establishes a period of 14 days for the consumer (commonly known as a reflection period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which you can return the item(s) without having to give a reason.
