Refund policy
At Auri Foods, our main goal is your complete satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are easy, fast, and totally transparent.
However, if you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return of the products up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. To do so you must:
Send email with “"RETURN or EXCHANGE" in the subject line to encomendas@aurifoods.comor you can contact us on +351 227 831 021 (national landline call), communicating the intention to exchange or return the product, indicating the following information:
- Order Number;
- The reference or name of the product you wish to exchange and/or return;
- The reason why you are requesting an exchange or return of the product.
- Photograph of the product, in case it is damaged.
You will receive an email from us within a maximum of 3 business days, confirming receipt of your order.
What are the conditions for accepting returns/exchanges?
The exchange or return of an item must comply with the following conditions:
- The purchase must not have exceeded 14 days;
- Presentation of the purchase invoice;
- The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as when it was purchased, i.e., with the original packaging intact and undamaged;
We do not exchange used or unsealed products, or items that are in poor condition.
In the event of a product defect or non-conformity, an exchange may be subject to prior evaluation and analysis by Auri Foods' official technical assistance team.
How does the return/exchange process begin?
After we send you the email confirming your exchange or return request, you will be presented with two options based on our review of your request:
- Return shipping, at the customer's expense, via CTT (Portuguese postal service) to the following address:
Auri Foods, Rua Pereira Guerner, nº 909, Armazém 2.3,
4415-084 Perosinho.
This option is suitable for exchanges and returns, cif the customer simply wants to return the order and there is a failure that is not attributable to Auri Foods.
- Scheduling product pickup with the carrier, according to their availability. This option is suitable for exchanges and returns. in case there is a failure that can be attributed to Auri Foods.
It is very important that you wait for our email with the return details and keep the product(s) in the same condition as received so that you can return them. We only accept returns with our consent and in accordance with the emails we will send regarding the exchange.
What are the costs for returns or exchanges?

If the customer wants to return the order and the The error is not attributable to Auri Foods, all costs arising from transport and the transaction, namely commissions for bank transfers (MB, MBWay, CC) will be the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving the product and validating its conformity, the customer will be reimbursed for the value of the product(s), and may choose to receive a credit on the website for future purchases.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once received by us, your return request is usually processed within 5 to 14 business days.
How long does it take to process the refund?
If a customer wishes to return a product, Auri Foods undertakes to refund the order amount via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 business days after receiving the product at our address.
Can I update my application after it has been submitted?
